About Alli Worthington

After nearly 20 years in business and over 15 years of coaching, I’ve helped tens of thousands of women reach their next level, whether that’s scaling to seven figures, landing the C-suite, or launching the ministry that’s been burning in their heart.

So, As the founder of the Uplift app and CEO of Little Things Studio, I know what it takes to build something that serves people and scales.

But here’s what I’ve discovered: the most transformational growth doesn’t come from strategy alone. It happens when the right women come together with intentional purpose.

I believe your next level requires soul, strength, and strategy working together. That’s why my passion as a leader has evolved into curating intentional groups of successful women who are ready to thrive in every area of life, not just in business.

My Vision for You

Whether you’re in corporate America, building your own business, or leading in ministry, you deserve more than surface-level success. You deserve alignment, deep friendships, and the tools to scale quickly while protecting your energy and your boundaries.

That’s why I designed the Catalyst Mastermind. It is built around seasons of leadership: corporate leaders with corporate leaders, ministry leaders with peers who understand, early-career entrepreneurs together, and established business owners with more than a decade of experience in their own group.

This is not about adding more to your plate. It is about focusing on the whole woman - your heart, your health, your relationships, and your calling - while also giving you cutting-edge AI tools to help you make wise decisions and create lasting impact.

Where Catalyst Was Born

The idea for Catalyst didn’t come from a strategy session. It came from watching something extraordinary happen in real life.

Twice a year, I host a getaway with a group of long-term clients. These aren’t just business retreats. It’s time to laugh, share, dream, and sometimes we eat Dole Whips at Disney or swim with dolphins.

Over time, something powerful has happened. These women have started praying for each other. Supporting one another’s ministries and nonprofits. Collaborating in each other's companies. Celebrating birthdays and big wins like family.

They’ve built a kind of sisterhood that’s rare and real.

And every time I’ve watched it unfold, I’ve found myself thinking, More women need to experience this.

That’s where Catalyst was born. Not from theory, but from a living, breathing community that’s already changing lives.

The Weight of Loneliness

I know the unique loneliness women in leadership feel. Maybe you’ve been the only woman in the boardroom. Maybe you’ve carried the pressure of running a ministry while juggling family. Maybe you’ve built a business from scratch and wondered if anyone else really gets it.

The truth is, making big decisions alone is exhausting. Networking often feels shallow. And friends who don’t share your calling can’t always understand why you can’t just “turn it off.”

That’s exactly why the Catalyst Mastermind exists. You shouldn’t have to carry success and calling in isolation. You need to be surrounded by women who get both your ambition and your faith. Women who love Jesus, dream big, and want to see you win.

The Whole Me

My credibility isn’t just in business. Outlets like Disney, Good Morning America, and The Today Show have trusted me to share my insights. But what sets me apart is my deep belief that women thrive when they’re truly known and supported.

Beyond my work, I’m a wife to Mark and a mom of five sons. I sneak kombucha into movie theaters, take sunrise prayer walks at the beach, and ride roller coasters with the joy of a teenager. Walt Disney is my business hero, which is why I return to Disney often to study how transformational experiences are built.

At the end of the day, my passion is simple: to create spaces where ambitious women can be fully themselves, where your dreams are celebrated, your struggles are understood, and your success is sustainable.

When you join the Catalyst Mastermind, you’re not just getting a coach. You’re getting a leader who’s walked this path, understands your heart, and is committed to seeing you step fully into who you’re called to be.

Because your calling is too important to wait one more day.
